Product Overview
HMC253AQS24E is a low-cost non-reflective SP8T switch. It features wideband operation from DC to 2.5GHz. This switch offers a single positive bias and true TTL/CMOS compatibility. A 3:8 decoder is integrated on the switch requiring only 3 control lines and a positive bias to select each path. This SP8T will replace multiple configurations of SP4T and SPDT MMIC switches. It is widely used in application such as CATV/DBS, CDMA, cellular/PCS etc.
- Insertion loss is 1dB typical at (DC - 1GHz)
- Isolation is 40dB typical at (DC - 1GHz)
- Input power for 1dB compression is 23dBm typical at (0.3GHz to 2.5GHz)
- Input third order intercept is 46dBm typical at (0.3GHz to 2.5GHz)
- Switching characteristic is 20ns typical at (0.3GHz to 2.5 GHz)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
- Package style is 24 lead QSOP
