Product Overview
ADXL354BEZ-RL is a low noise, low drift, low power, 3-axis MEMS accelerometer. It offers industry-leading noise, minimal offset drift over temperature, and long-term stability enabling precision applications with minimal calibration. Highly integrated in a compact form factor, this low-power device is ideal in an internet of things (IoT) sensor node and other wireless product designs. It is used in applications such as inertial measurement units (IMUs)/attitude and heading reference systems (AHRSs), platform stabilization systems, structural health monitoring, seismic imaging, tilt sensing, robotics, and condition monitoring.
- Hermetic package offers optimal long-term stability, analogue output
- Data interpolation routine for synchronous sampling, supports the ±2g and ±4g ranges
- Programmable high- and low-pass digital filters, electromechanical self test
- Integrated temperature sensor, VSUPPLY with internal regulators: 2.25V to 3.6V
- User-adjustable analogue output bandwidth
- Nonlinearity is 0.1% typical at (TA = 25°C, VSUPPLY = 3.3V), 3.3V specified voltage
- Bandwidth is 1.9kHz typical at (TA = 25°C, VSUPPLY = 3.3V)
- Turn on time is less than 10ms typical at (TA = 25°C, VSUPPLY = 3.3V)
