Product Overview
ADXL314 is a ±200g range, 13-bit resolution, 3-axis digital accelerometer. The digital output data is formatted as 16bit, twos complement data and are accessible through a serial peripheral interface (SPI), 3-wire or 4-wire, or an I²C digital interface. An integrated memory management system with a 32-level, first-in, first-out (FIFO) buffer can store data to minimize host processor activity and lower overall system power consumption. Applications include tire and battery pack monitoring, and high-force event detection.

- Measurement rate range from 6.25 to 3200Hz (TA=25°C, VS=2.5V, VDD I/O=2.5V)
- Typical output resolution is 13bits (TA=25°C, VS=2.5V, VDD I/O=2.5V)
- Typical sensitivity is 20.48LSB/g (ODR=100Hz, TA=25°C, VS=2.5V, VDD I/O=2.5V)
- Operating voltage range from 2 to 3.6V (VS, TA=25°C, VS=2.5V, VDD I/O=2.5V)
- Typical standby mode is 0.1µA (TA=25°C, VS=2.5V, VDD I/O=2.5V)
- Embedded memory management system with FIFO technology minimizes host processor load
