Product Overview
ADRF5021 is a general-purpose single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch manufactured using a silicon process. It provides high isolation and low insertion loss from 9KHz to 30GHz. This broadband switch requires dual supply voltages, +3.3V and -2.5V, and provides CMOS/LVTTL logic-compatible control. It is widely used in application such as test instrumentation, microwave radios and very small aperture terminals (VSATs), military radios, radars, electronic counter measures (ECMs), broadband telecommunications systems etc.
- Nonreflective 50 ohm design, no low frequency spurious
- Low insertion loss is 2dB typical at (20GHz to 30GHz, VDD = 3.3V to 5V)
- High isolation is 60dB typical at (20GHz to 30GHz, VDD = 3.3V to 5V)
- 1dB power compression (P1dB) is 28dBm typical at (VDD = 3.3V to 5V, VSS = -2.5V)
- Third-order intercept (IP3) is 52dBm typical at (VDD = 3.3V to 5V, VSS = -2.5V)
- Through path is 24dBm maximum at (VDD = 3.3V to 5V, VSS = -2.5V)
- Terminated path is 24dBm maximum at (VDD = 3.3V to 5V, VSS = -2.5V)
- ESD sensitivity: class 1, 1KV human body model (HBM)
- RF settling time (0.1dB) is 6.2µs typical at (50% VCTL to 0.1dB of final RF output)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C, package style is 20-terminal land grid array [LGA]
