ADP323 is a 200mA triple output LDO combine high PSRR, low noise, low quiescent current, and low dropout voltage to extend the battery life of portable devices and are ideally suited for wireless applications with demanding performance and board space requirements. The ADP323 PSRR is greater than 60dB for frequencies as high as 100KHz while operating with a low headroom voltage. The ADP323 offer much lower noise performance than competing LDOs without the need for a noise bypass capacitor. Typical application includes mobile phones, digital cameras and audio devices, portable and battery-powered equipment, portable medical devices and post DC-to-DC regulation.

• Bias voltage range from 2.5 to 5.5V and LDO input voltage range (VIN1/VIN 2, VIN3) from 1.8 to 5.5V
• Three 200mA low drop out voltage LDOs and 85µA typ ground current at no load, all LDOs enabled
• Feedback voltage accuracy of 0.505V and stable with 1µF ceramic output capacitors
• No noise bypass capacitor required and 3 independent logic controlled enables
• High PSRR of 70dB up to 1KHz, 60dB at 100KHz and 40dB at 1MHz
• Low output noise of 24µVrms typ at VOUT = 1.2V and 43µVrms typ at VOUT = 2.8V
• Excellent transient response and 100µs fast turn on circuit
• Over current and thermal protection
• 16 lead LFCSP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
