ADG701L is a monolithic CMOS SPST switch. This switch is designed using an advanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation yet also offers high switching speed, low on resistance, and low leakage currents. Typical applications include battery-powered systems, communication systems, sample-and-hold systems, audio signal routing, video switching and mechanical reed relay replacement.

• 1.8V to 5.5V single supply
• 2ohm (typical) on resistance
• Low on resistance flatness
• Guaranteed leakage specifications up to 85°C: -3dB bandwidth <gt/> 200MHz
• Rail-to-rail operation
• Fast switching times: tON 18ns and tOFF 12ns
• Typical power consumption <lt/> 0.01µW
• Transistor/transistor logic (TTL)/CMOS-compatible
• 6-lead SOT-23 package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
