ADG506ATE/883B

ADG506A is a 16-channel analog multiplexer. This multiplexer switch has one of 16 inputs to a common output, depending on the state of four binary addresses and an enable input. It is designed on an enhanced LC² MOS process, which gives an increased signal capability of VSS to VDD and enables operation over a wide range of supply voltages. This multiplexer has TTL and 5V CMOS logic compatible digital inputs.
