Product Overview
ADF5001 prescaler is a low noise, low power, fixed RF divider block that can be used to divide down frequencies as high as 18GHz to a lower frequency suitable for input into a PLL IC. This operates off a 3.3V supply and has differential 100 ohm RF outputs to allow direct interface to the differential RF inputs of PLLs. Application includes PLL frequency range extender, point-to-point radios, VSAT radios, and communications test equipment.

- Low power consumption
- Input frequency range from 4 to 18GHz (VDD1=VDD2=3.3V ± 10%, GND=0V, -40°C to +105°C)
- Voltage supply range from 3 to 3.6V (VDD1=VDD2=3.3V ± 10%, GND=0V, -40°C to +105°C)
- Typical output power is -5dBm (single-ended output connected into 50 ohm load)
- 16-lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP-WQ)
- Temperature rating range from -40°C to +105°C
