ADF5000BCPZ

ADF5000 is a prescaler is a low noise, low power, fixed RF divider block that can be used to divide down frequencies as high as 18GHz to a lower frequency suitable for input to a PLL IC, such as the ADF4156 or the ADF4106. The ADF5000 provides a divide-by-2 function. Application includes PLL frequency range extender, point-to-point radios, VSAT radios, communications test equipment.

• High frequency operation range from 4GHz to 18GHz
• Integrated RF decoupling capacitors, low power consumption
• Active mode is 30mA, power-down mode is 17mA
• Phase noise is -147dBc/Hz (input frequency (fIN) = 12GHz, offset = 100KHz)
• Single dc supply 3.3V compatible with ADF4xxx PLLs
• Input frequency range from 4 to 18GHz (VDD1 = VDD2 = 3.3V ± 10%, -40 to +105°C)
• Output power is -5dBm (typ, single-ended output connected into 50 ohm load)
• Voltage supply range from 3.0 to 3.6V (VDD1 = VDD2 = 3.3V, -40°C to +105°C)
• 16 lead LFCSP-WQ package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
