Product Overview
ADA4862-3 (triple) is a low cost, high speed, internally fixed, G=+2 op-amp. It provides excellent overall performance for high definition and RGB video applications. Typical application includes consumer video, professional video and filter buffers.
- Ideal for RGB/HD/SD video
- Supports 1080i/720p resolution
- High speed, 300MHz -3dB bandwidth and 0.5mA max quiescent current /amplifier at VS = ±5V
- 1050/830V/μs slew rate (rising/falling Edge) and settling time of 9ns (0.5%) at VO=2V p-p, VS = ±5V
- 0.1dB flatness of 54MHz, 0.5mA max quiescent current/amplifier
- Differential gain of 0.01% and differential phase of 0.02° at VS = ±5V
- Wide supply range from 5V to 12V
- Total quiescent current of 20.5mA
- 14 lead NSOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C
