Product Overview
AD8336 is a low noise, single-ended, linear in dB, general purpose variable gain amplifier, usable over a large range of supply voltages. It features an uncommitted preamplifier with a usable gain range of 6dB to 26dB. Typical application includes industrial process controls, High performance AGC systems, I/Q signal processing, video, Industrial and medical ultrasound and radar receivers.
- Low noise: voltage noise: 3nV/√Hz and current noise: 3pA/√Hz
- Small-signal BW: 115MHz and large-signal BW: 2V p-p = 80MHz
- Slew rate is 550V/µs, 2V p-p
- Gain ranges (specified): -14dB to +46dB and 0dB to 60dB
- Gain scaling of 50dB/V
- DC-coupled
- Single-ended input and output
- Supplies range from ±3V to ±12V
- 16 lead LFCSP-EP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
