Product Overview
AD79211 is a 12bit, high speed, low power, 2-channel successive approximation ADC. The parts operate from a single 2.35 V to 5.25 V power supply and feature throughput rates of up to 250KSPS. The parts contain a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier which can handle input frequencies in excess of 6MHz.
- 70dB signal-to- noise and distortion (SINAD) at fIN = 100KHz sine wave
- 3.2μs max conversion time
- 20mW max power dissipation at VDD = 5V, fSAMPLE = 250KSPS
- Flexible power/serial clock speed management
- No pipeline delays
- High speed serial interface:SPI®/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™/DSP compatible
- Standby mode: 1μA maximum
- ±1.5LSB max linearity error
- 8 lead MSOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
