AD6645 is a high speed, high performance, monolithic 14-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC). All necessary functions, including track-and-hold (T/H) and reference, are included on the chip to provide a complete conversion solution. The AD6645 provides CMOS-compatible digital outputs. It is the fourth generation in a wideband ADC family. Typical application includes multichannel, multimode receivers AMPS, IS-136, CDMA, GSM, WCDMA, single channel digital receivers, antenna array processing, communications instrumentation, radar, infrared imaging and instrumentation.

• 3.3V CMOS compatible
• SNR = 75/72dB, fIN 15/200MHz, up to 105MSPS and 98dBFS two-tone SFDR at 30.5MHz
• IF sampling to 200MHz, +1.5LSB max DNL, 48ppm/°C typ gain error
• Aperture uncertainty jitter: 0.1ps rms min
• 1.5W power dissipation, ±1.0mV/V typ PSRR
• Differential analog inputs
• Pin compatible to AD6644 and data-ready for output latching
• Twos complement digital output format
• 52 lead TQFP package
• Operating temperature range from -10 to 85°C
