AD6640ASTZ

AD6640 is a high speed, high performance, low power, monolithic 12bit analog-to-digital converter. All necessary functions, including track-and-hold (T/H) and reference, are included on-chip to provide a complete conversion solution. Typical applications include cellular/PCS base stations, multichannel, multimode receivers, GPS anti-jamming receivers, communications receivers, phased array receivers.

• 65MSPS (min) maximum conversion rate
• 80dB spurious-free dynamic range, 100 ppm/°C gain error
• IF sampling to 70MHz and 300MHz analog input bandwidth
• 710mW typ power dissipation, ±0.5LSB typ DNL and ±1.25LSB INL
• Single 5V supply
• On-chip T/H and reference
• Two's complement output format
• 3.3V or 5V CMOS compatible output levels
• 44 lead LQFP package
• Operating temperature range (ambient) from -40 to +85°C
