Product Overview
AD5791 is a single 20bit, unbuffered voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that operates from a bipolar supply of up to 33V. This accepts a positive reference input in the range 5V to VDD − 2.5V and a negative reference input in the range VSS + 2.5 V to 0V. This offers a relative accuracy specification of ±1LSB max, and operation is guaranteed monotonic with a ±1LSB differential nonlinearity (DNL) maximum specification. Application includes medical instrumentation, test and measurement, industrial control, high end scientific and aerospace instrumentation.

- Typical output enabled glitch impulse is 45nV-sec (on removal of output ground clamp)
- VREFP input range from 5 to VDD − 2.5V (VDD=12.5V to 16.5V, VSS=−16.5V to −12.5V)
