XC7S15-1CPGA196C is a Spartan®-7 FPGA IC. The Spartan®-7 FPGA IC is optimized for low cost, minimal power consumption, and high I/O performance. Housed in a compact, low-cost package, it is ideal for designs requiring the smallest PCB footprint and efficient resource use in embedded and consumer applications.
- Built on 28nm high-performance, low-power (HPL) process using high-k metal gate (HKMG) technology
- Advanced FPGA logic using 6-input LUTs, configurable as distributed memory for high performance
- 36KB dual-port block RAM with built-in FIFO logic for on-chip data buffering
- Powerful CMTs with PLL and MMCM blocks enable precise, low-jitter, flexible clock management
- 12800 logic cells, 100 I/O's
- Dual 12bit XADC with on-chip thermal and supply sensors
- 256-bit AES encryption with HMAC/SHA-256 and built-in SEU detection and correction
- I/O voltage range from 1.2V to 3.3V
- Available in 196 pin CSBGA package
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 85°C
