2153.08 is a SL306 AC/DC current probe. It can measure currents without breaking the circuit in which they flow. It uses hall effect technology to measure direct and alternating currents. It is equipped with key usability features, including a reset button, range overload indicator, power supply indicator and an automatic standby mode to extend battery life. Powered by a 9V battery or external 5V DC via micro-USB, and housed in a compact, ergonomic design, the probe is built for versatility. Their unique long, narrow-shaped nose allows them to access hard to reach places which makes them ideal for adapting to a range of measurement environments. Compatible with millivolt measuring instruments featuring banana inputs, including multimeters, watt meters and recorders. It has two sensitivity sensors for measuring currents from 5mA up to 60AAC or 80ADC. Ideal for electrical utilities, testing and calibration services, aerospace, defense, R&D labs, automotive, and motor diagnostics.
