IQX-100

iQx-100 is a compact, portable, and versatile thermal measurement system that allows users to measure velocity, pressure, temperature, and humidity with one device, eliminating the need for multiple systems or additional software to synchronize data collection. Equipped with 8 velocity sensor ports, 2 differential air pressure sensors, 4 J-type thermocouples, and a humidity sensor, it provides accurate and comprehensive measurements for a wide range of applications, including pressure drop across circuit cards and assemblies, pitot tubes, orifice plates, Venturi tubes, and filters. The system comes with iSTAGE-X™, a unique LabVIEW™-based operating software that prevents data collection errors caused by time lapses or transience when using multiple systems. Designed to minimize lab clutter and enhance portability, the iQx-100™ connects to a PC via USB for data communication and operates with an external power supply compatible with 115 or 240V AC input.

• 4 J-type thermocouples for measuring surface temperature from -40°C to 750°C with +/- 1°C accuracy
• Velocity range -standard: 0 to 6m/s (0 to 1200ft/min), high velocity: 0 to 50m/s (0 to 10,000ft/min)
• Two differential pressure sensors measuring up to 1.03kPa (0.15 psi) accuracy of full scale
• One humidity sensor to measure relative humidity with +/- 2% at 55% RH
