ATS-HP-D10TOOL

ATS-HP-D10TOOL is an ATS heat pipe bender. It is a precision engineering tool designed to give engineers and technicians accurate and thermally reliable heat pipe bends. The tool gives the user the ability to apply the right amount of leverage and torque in order to get the right bend. The tool also stops a user from over-bending and thus reduces the heat pipe's thermal performance. Both the measuring arm and the bending arm are attached to the fixture with screws to the appropriate bend radius position.

• Made from aluminum and hard anodized for durable, long use
• Any round heat pipe size in the ATS heat pipe family can be used
• Tool prevents the collapse of the heat pipe during bending
• Mountable to lab benches, vises, production workstations and other fixtures
• 10mm diameter of heat pipe that tool can bend
• 25 and 30mm inside bend radii
• 10 to 170 degree bend angle radii
