AOC2012XAJC-12.8000C is an AOC2012 series high-stability and ultra-low phase noise SMD OCXO/ VCOCXO oscillator. Application includes stratum 3 and stratum 3E compliant, cellular infrastructure, base stations, test and measurement equipment, switches and routers, time and frequency references, precision GPS.
- Fixed clock, ±10ppb over -20°C to +70°C stability over -20°C to +70°C
- CMOS RF output, 12.8MHz output frequency
- 3.3Vdd supply, SC-cut, high “Q” resonator-based design
- Extremely low long-term aging is ±1ppm over 20 years
- 2.5W power consumption (warm-up)
- Supply voltage range from +3.135 to +3.465V, 722mA current consumption (warm-up) at max Vdd =+3.465V
- <lt/> ±300ppb frequency accuracy (calibration), 3 minimum warm-up time
- 15pF typical output load, 50% typical duty cycle, 6ns rise (Tr) / fall (Tf) time
