1517-103

The 1517-103 is an insulated Binding Post made of brass with gold-plated finish. Insulated washers are molded polycarbonate and completely insulate post from panel, keyed to panel and body to prevent rotation. The binding post connects with 0.080-inch phone tip plug, 1/4-inch spade lug, standard banana plug, alligator clip or wire (to #14). To connect circuit, wrap wire around solder turret or attach to solder lug between the nuts. A binding post is a versatile connector that allows a temporary or semi-permanent connection between electronic devices or circuits.

• Post head is molded Lexan polycarbonate, fluted and captivated to prevent loss
• Body mounts in 3/8" "D" hole for anti-rotation
