Product Overview
LDL1117S33R is a 1.2A high PSRR low-dropout linear voltage regulator. The high power supply rejection ratio of 87dB at 120Hz, rolling down to more than 40dB at 100KHz, makes the LDL1117 suitable for direct regulations in SMPS and secondary linear regulations in DC-DC converters. This device includes current limit, SOA and thermal protections. Applications include consumer, industrial, SMPS, motherboard P.O.L., DC-DC post-regulation.
- Input voltage range from 2.5V to 18V
- Internal thermal, current and power limitation, 3.3V output voltage
- Hysteresis is 200mV typical at (TJ = 25°C)
- VOUT accuracy is 2% maximum at (IOUT = 10mA, TJ = 25°C)
- Load regulation is 5mV typical at (IOUT = 10mA to 1.2A, -40°C < TJ < 125°C)
- Dropout voltage is 350mV typical at (IOUT = 1.2A, VOUT > 2.5V - 40°C < TJ < 125°C)
- Output noise voltage is 60µVRMS/VOUT typical at (10Hz to 100KHz, IOUT = 100mA)
- Quiescent current is 250μA typ at (IOUT = 0mA to 1.2A, -40°C < TJ < 125°C)
- Operating junction temperature range from -40 to 125°C
