Product Overview
MCP4161-103E/P is a single non-volatile 8-bit potentiometer in a PDIP package. Wiper Lock Technology allows application-specific calibration settings to be secured in the EEPROM.
- 7-bit: 128 Resistors (129 Steps), 10kohm resistance
- Zero-scale to full-scale wiper operation
- SPI serial interface
- Brown-out reset protection
- Serial interface inactive current (2.5uA typical)
- High-voltage tolerant digital inputs: up to 12.5V
- Supports split rail applications
- Internal weak pull-up on all digital inputs
- Extended operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
