Product Overview
The MAX232CSE+ is a multichannel RS232 driver/receiver in 16 pin NSOIC package. This device is intended for all EIA/TIA-232E and V.28/V.24 communications interfaces where ±12V is not available.
- Enables single supply operation from +5V supply
- Saves board space
- Integrated charge pump circuitry
- Eliminates need for bipolar ±12V supply
- 5μW shutdown mode
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- Supply voltage range from 4.5V to 5.5V
- Data rate of 120Kbps
