Product Overview
PBDH1000 (701924) is a 25Vp Differential Probe powered by the Yokogawa Probe Interface. This probe can be used only with the Yokogawa DLM2000, DL6000, DLM6000, DL9000, and SB5000 series oscilloscope.
- BNC Yokogawa interface
- 1Mohm input resistance (ground-level resistance from each input terminal)
- 1.1pF input capacitance(Ground-referenced capacitance from each input terminal)
- 2Mohm differential input resistance and 0.6pF differential input capacitance
- 1.2m total cable length
