Product Overview
The Yageo CC series capacitors are Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCC) with Class 2, X5R dielectric material used for general purpose applications. These capacitors consist of a rectangular block of ceramic dielectric materials that contains number of interleaved metal electrodes. This structure gives rise to a high capacitance per unit volume. The inner electrodes are connected to the two end terminations and covered with a layer of plated tin (NiSn).
- Ultra small ceramic capacitors with larger capacitance value
- Capacitance value ranging from 100pF to 100μF
- 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812 case sizes available
- DC voltage rating of 4V to 50V
- High temperature range of -55°C to 85°C
- Nickel barrier end termination
- Good reliability with qualification of IEC60068
- Available in ±10% and ±20% tolerance
