The US1M-E3/5AT series from Vishay are surface mount Ultra fast rectifier in SMA (DO-214AC) package. The device features glass passivated chip junction, ultrafast reverse recovery time, low switching losses, high efficiency and high forward surge capability.
- Automotive grade AEC-Q101 qualified
- Ideal for automated placement
- Maximum repetitive reverse voltage Vrrm of 1KV
- Non repetitive peak forward surge current IFSM of 30A
- Maximum forward Voltage VF of 1.7V at IF 1A
- Maximum forward Current IF(AV) of 1A
- Operating temperature range -55°C to 150°C
