Product Overview
High noise immunity, 1MBd, 15KV/μs analogue high speed coupler. This coupler features UL1577 file no. E52744, double protection, DIN EN 60747-5-5 (VDE0884-5) available with option 1, cUL components acceptance service no. 5A and CQC GB8898-2001, GB4943.1-2011 are the approved agency. It is an ideal solution for industrial communication bus isolation as well as isolated drive circuit applications such as IPM (intelligent power module) drivers. It is also suitable for data communications, IGBT drivers, programmable controllers and IPM (intelligent power module) drivers.
- Signals can be transmitted between two electrically separated circuits up to frequencies of 2MHz
- High-speed optocoupler without base connection
- 5300VRMS isolation test voltage
