The SFH6156-3 is a 1-channel 4-pin 10mA high reliability Phototransistor Output Optocoupler has a GaAs infrared diode emitter, which is optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. The SFH6156 features a variety of transfer ratios, low coupling capacitance and high isolation voltage. The coupling device is designed for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits.
