The ES3D-E3/57T is a surface-mount ultrafast Plastic Rectifier with matte tin-plated leads terminals and UL94V-0 flame rated moulding compound case. The plastic rectifier features glass passivated pallet chip junction, high forward surge capability, low forward voltage and low power losses. Colour band denotes cathode end polarity.
