Product Overview
The TEN 3WI series from Tracopower are 3W single/dual output DC to DC converters in 24 pin DIP package. These converters have wide 4:1 input range. Other features include indefinite, automatic recovery short circuit protection, current limitation and internal filtering according to EN 55022-A and FCC, level A. Typical applications for these converters are battery operated equipment, distributed power architectures in communication, instrumentation, industrial electronics and everywhere where isolated, tightly regulated voltages are required.
- Nominal input voltage : 24VDC/48VDC
- Output voltage : 3.3VDC/5VDC/12VDC/15VDC/±12VDC/±15VDC
- Maximum output current : 750mA/600mA/250mA/200mA/±125mA/±100mA
- High efficiency up to 84% allows an operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C at full load
- PWM switching frequency is 350KHz typical
- I/O isolation voltage (60sec) is 1500VDC
- I/O isolation capacitance is 380pF typical, I/O isolation resistance (500VDC) is <gt/>1000Mohm
- Ripple and noise (20MHz bandwidth) is 75mVpk-pk maximum
- Approved by cUL/UL 60950-1, IEC/EN 60950-1 safety standards
- Dimension is 20.3mm x 10.2mm x 31.8mm (W x H x D), 3-year product warranty
