Product Overview
TC74HC14AF(EL,F) is a high-speed CMOS SCHMITT inverter fabricated with silicon gate C²MOS technology. It achieves the high-speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The TC74HC14A can be used as a line receiver which will receive slow input signals. All input has protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.

- Quiescent supply current is 1.0µA max (VIN = VCC or GND, 6.0VCC, Ta = 25°C)
- Hysteresis voltage is 1.1V typ (Ta = 25°C)
- Output drive capability - 10 LSTTL loads
- Symmetrical output impedance - (IOH) = IOL = 4mA min
- Balanced propagation delays - tpLH ∼− tpHL, pin and function compatible with 74LS14
- Wide operating voltage range from VCC (opr) 2.0 to 6.0V
- Propagation delay time is 42ns typ (VCC = 2.0V, Ta = 25°C, CL = 50pF, input: tr = tf = 6ns)
- Power dissipation capacitance is 28pF typ (Ta = 25°C, CL = 50pF, input: tr = tf = 6ns)
- 14-pin SOP package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
