Product Overview
TC4066BP(N,F) is a quad bilateral switch. It contains four independent circuits of bidirectional switch. When control input CONT is set to “H” level, the impedance between input and output of the switch becomes low and when it is set to “L” level, the impedance becomes high. This can be applied for switching of analogue signals and digital signals.
- DC supply voltage range from 3 to 18V
- On-state resistance is 290 ohm typ (VDD = 5V, 25°C, 0 ≤ VIS ≤ VDD, RL = 10kohm)
- Quiescent supply current is 0.001μA typ (VDD= 5V, VIN = VSS, VDD, 25°C)
- Propagation delay time (control-OUT) is 55ns typ (VDD= 5V, RL = 1kohm, Ta = 25°C)
- Cutoff frequency -3dB is 30MHz typ (±5V, RL = 1kohm, CL = 15pF, Ta = 25°C)
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.03% typ (±5V, RL = 10kohm, f = 1kHz, Ta = 25°C)
- Crosstalk (control-OUT) is 200mV typ (VDD = 5V, RIN = 1kohm, ROUT = 10kohm, CL = 15pF)
- Input capacitance is 5pF typ (control input, Ta = 25°C)
- DIP14-P-300-2.54 package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
