Product Overview
STPS160A is a 60V, 1A single schottky rectifier in a 2 pin SMA package. It is designed for high frequency miniature switched mode power supplies such as adaptors and on-board DC/DC converters. The STPS160A is ideal for use in parallel with MOSFETs in synchronous and low voltage secondary rectification. Typical applications include lighting, battery charger, DC / DC converter, notebook adapter and switching diode.
