M95M04-DRCS6TPVF is a 4-Mbit serial SPI bus EEPROM. The M95M04 offers an additional page, named the identification page (512 bytes). The identification page can be used to store sensitive application parameters that can be (later) permanently locked in read-only mode.
- 4096 Kbit, 1.8 to 5.5V VCC operating voltage
- Compatible with the serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus
- Enhanced ESD protection (up to 4kV in human body model)
- More than 4 million write cycles, more than 40-year data retention
- Input rise and fall times is 25ns max, load capacitance is 30pF max
- Input leakage current is ±2µA maximum at (VIN = VSS or VCC)
- Supply current (read) is 2mA max at (C = 0.1VCC / 0.9 VCC at 5MHz, VCC = 1.8V, Q = open)
- Clock frequency is 10MHz maximum at (VCC ≥ 2.5V)
- Clock rise time is 2µs maximum at (VCC ≥ 2.5V)
- Industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, WLCSP package
