Product Overview
M95128-DRDW8TP/K is a 128-Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM. This device is accessed by a simple serial SPI compatible interface running upto 20MHz. The memory array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology (electrically erasable programmable memory).
- Compatible with the serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus
- Write protection by block: 1/4, 1/2 or whole memory
- Additional write lockable page (identification page)
- Operating voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
- Schmitt trigger inputs for noise filtering
- ESD protection (human body model) is 4000V
- Write cycle endurance : 900K write cycles at 105°C
- Data retention more than 50 years at 105°C
- High speed clock frequency (20MHz for VCC ≥ 4.5V, 10MHz for VCC ≥ 2.5V, 5MHz for VCC ≥ 1.7V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C, TSSOP8 package
