M24C32-DRMF3TG/K is an I²C serial access bus EEPROM. This device is accessed by a simple serial I²C compatible interface running upto 1MHz. The memory array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology (electrically erasable programmable memory).
- 32Kbit (4096K x 8bits) plus identification page
- Operating voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
- Page size is 32byte, additional write lockable page (identification page)
- Schmitt trigger inputs for noise filtering
- Write cycle endurance is 600k write cycles at 125°C
- Data retention is 50 years at 125°C
- ESD protection (human body model) is 4000V
- Compatible with all I²C bus modes (1MHz), (400KHz), (100KHz)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, automotive grade (AEC-Q100 qualified)
- WFDFPN8 (DFN8) package
