Product Overview
M24C02-WMN6TP is a 2Kbit I²C-compatible EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable memory) organized as 128 (256) × 8bits. It can be accessed with a supply voltage from 2.5V to 5.5V. This device operates with a maximum clock frequency of 400KHz.
- Byte and page write within 5ms
- Enhanced ESD/latch-up protection, more than 4 million write cycles
- More than 200-year data retention, random and sequential read modes
- Hardware write protection of the whole memory array, enhanced ESD/latch-Up protection
- Input leakage current (Ei, SCL, SDA) is ±2µA max at (VIN = VSS or VCC, device in standby mode)
- Standby supply current is 3μA max at (VIN = VSS or VCC, VCC = 5.5V)
- Output low voltage is 0.4V max at (IOL = 2.1mA, VCC = 2.5V or IOL = 3mA, VCC = 5.5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
- SO8N package
- Operating voltage VCC range from 2.5V to 5.5V
