M24128-DRDW8TP/K is a I²C serial access EEPROM. This device is accessed by a simple serial I²C compatible interface running upto 1MHz. The memory array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology (electrically erasable programmable memory).

• Operating voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
• Page size is 64 byte, additional write lockable page (identification page)
• Schmitt trigger inputs for noise filtering
• Write cycle endurance is 900k write cycles at 105°C
