Product Overview
SHT43-ADCB-R2 is a digital temperature sensor with ISO17025 3-point calibration certificate. SHT43 is a digital sensor platform for measuring relative humidity and temperature at ±1.8%RH accuracy. Its I2C interface provides several preconfigured I2C addresses while maintaining an ultra-low power. The power-trimmed internal heater can be used at three heating levels thus enabling sensor operation in demanding environments.
- VDD = 1.08V to 3.6V
- Average current is 0.4µA, idle current is 80nA
- Operating range from 0 to 100 %RH, −40 to 125°C
- Fully functional in condensing environment
- 0x44 I2C address
