The SKKE81/08 is a SEMIPACK® 1 Rectifier Diode Module with hard solder joints for high reliability. It is suitable for non-controllable rectifiers for AC/AC converters, line rectifiers for transistorized AC motor controllers, field supply for DC motors and free-wheeling diode applications.
