Product Overview
The SSP3A250BD is a 3-phase panel-mount Solid State Relay with zero-cross turn-on for resistive load for inductive load applications. The SCR outputs allow them to be used in various power switching applications. This power relay with 25A current rating is EMC compliant. This SSP relay is integrated with a R-C snubber circuit and a TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression). It has thermal pad interface which is placed on the back of product.
