Product Overview
The DTC114EETL is a 100mA NPN epitaxial planar silicon Digital Transistor with built-in resistors. The built-in bias resistor enables the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. The bias resistor consists of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. It also has the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic effects.
- Only ON/OFF conditions need to be set for operation, making the circuit design easy
