Extreme temperature kit for R&S®RT-ZM probe amplifier module. It enables measurements in the temperature range from -55 °C to +125 °C by separating the probe tip module from the probe amplifier module using a 1m extension cable. It covers the maximum temperature range required for testing electronics used in automotive applications.
