The LD411660 is a 600A POW-R-BLOK™ dual SCR/Diode Isolated Module designed for use in applications requiring rectification and isolated packaging. The module is isolated for easy mounting with other components on a common heat sink. POW-R-BLOK™ has been tested and recognized by the Underwriters Laboratories.
