The CS240650 is a fast recovery single Diode Module is designed for use in applications requiring fast switching. The module is isolated for easy mounting with other components on common heat sinks. POW-R-BLOK™ has been tested and recognized by underwriters laboratories (QQQX2 power switching semiconductors).
