CT-2980/ST

The CT-2980/ST from Panduit is a 6.2ton battery operated hydraulic die-less crimping tool with plug type A (North America). It crimps Panduit copper and aluminium compression connectors. It meets OSHA mandated electrical and mechanical product safety requirements, UL 60745-1, CSA No. 60745-1, EU machinery directive and EMC directive. The tool is certified by SiQ to IEC/EN 62841-1 and tested to EN 61000 series. It features energy saving function with motor cut-out (auto stop), rotating flip-top crimp head rotates 350°, quick motor stop for high user safety, automatic retraction when crimping is complete and manual retract manually sets piston stop. This tool creates effortless operation over long periods of time. There is also an integrated pressure measurement with visual and audible signal if full crimp force is not attained. It features soft rubber inlay comfort grips. It operates at -12°C to 40°C temperature, pistol grip tool configuration and 4AWG aluminium conductor size.
