Product Overview
The SMS05T1 series quad Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode designed for applications requiring transient overvoltage protection capability. It is intended for use in voltage and ESD sensitive equipment. The device provides superior surge protection over current quad Zener MMQA series by providing up to 350W peak power. It is available in 5, 12, 15 and 24V device marking levels.
