NCV2901DR2G is a single supply quad comparator designed for use in level detection, low-level sensing, and memory applications in consumer, automotive, and industrial electronic applications.
- Single supply operation range from 3.0V to 36V, split supply operation range from ±1.5V to ±18V
- Input bias current is 25nA typ (VCC = +5.0VDC, TA = +25°C)
- Input offset current is ±5.0nA typ (VCC = +5.0VDC, TA = +25°C)
- Supply current is 0.8mA typ (RL = ∞ (For All Comparators), VCC = +5.0VDC, TA = +25°C)
- Voltage gain is 100V/mV typ (RL ≥ 15kohm, VCC = 15VDC, VCC = +5.0VDC, TA = +25°C)
- Response time is 1.3µs typ (VRL = 5.0VDC, RL = 5.1kohm, VCC = +5.0VDC, TA = +25°C)
- Output sink current is 16mA typ (VI (-) ≥ +1.0VDC, VI(+) = 0, VO ≤ 1.5VDC, VCC = +5.0VDC, TA = 25°C)
- Low input offset voltage, TTL and CMOS compatible, AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP capable
