The MUR120G is a 2-pin 200V switch-mode ultra-fast recovery Power Rectifier with molded epoxy case, all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish. It is designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters and as freewheeling diodes.
